La Togata is our signature Brand. The name is given by “La Toga” (The Gown of the Lawyers/Judges), because it all started with the passion of a young roman lawyer, our father, who has passed on to us the love for good Wines.

La Togata stands for a more Classic Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino - complex, structured, mineral, with very velvety and elegant tannins, smooth, rounded and full-bodied.

The Vineyards are more than 25 years old, located at different heights and with sun exposure until sunset.

We perform a double selection of the grapes in the Cellar before the Brunello is aged in small barrels of Slavonian oak for 36 months with additional 12 months for refinement in the bottle, while the Rosso di Montalcino is aged for 12 months in oak with additional 6 months in the bottle.

La Togata blue label is classic, simple and elegant.
