The Togata Flûte is a Prosecco DOC Millesimè Brut Nature. It is a dynamic and lively sparkling wine. From the pristine vineyards along the wildest river in Europe, the Tagliamento, come to this unique Prosecco Doc Brut Nature with floral notes of jasmine and chamomile with aromas of fruit, almonds, and lemon, and tasting it a soft sip persists, with citrus hints at the end that leave your palate pleasantly fresh and clean. Fragrant and vibrant, the sip is mineral and rich, with an aromatic and delicate personality.

Glass: Narrow flute, this glass is ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines, as the narrow glass with a pointed base favors the development of perlage without dispersing it and the narrow opening helps the concentration of aromas, which do not need much oxygenation to enhance themselves.

Vineyards: On clayey, very mineral soil, 260 meters above sea level.

Winemaking: Sparkling wine produced with the Charmat or Martinotti Lungo method with fermentation on the yeasts for about 9 months.Additional notes: Contains sulphites.

Production Area: Refined production, this Prosecco is cultivated in the Pittaro brothers' family vineyards (in labels: Pitars) and bottled on the farm, in the historic Friuli Venezia-Giulia region. A careful vinification leads to an intriguing sparkling wine where a dry palate and an elegant bouquet dominate in a unique pleasant experience.
