Elegant, soft, dry, and dynamic. It evolves in the glass to let the flavors bloom out and have a complex and full-bodied Brunello. WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US: Bright, iridescent, and spicy. Very fresh and agile sip with a finely spiced and elegant finish. INTRAVINO.

Grape variety: Sangiovese Grosso 100%.

Colour: Deep ruby red with garnet hues, limpid.

Bouquet: Ethereal with an intense and complex bouquet.

Taste:  Full-bodied, well-structured, very tannic, and soft.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Serving Suggestions:

Succulent recipes, red meats, game and aged cheeses.

Preferably served in a Ballon glass at 18°C. 

Ageing: In Slavonian 40 hl oak barrels for 3 years and bottle refining for a further 12 months.

Vineyard: The vineyards are in the hills of Montalcino, at different heights and with a sun exposure until sunset. The age of the vineyards from which we select the grapes destined to produce Brunello is more than 23 years. Average altitude of the vineyards: 250 mt s.l.m.

Production System: Intensive extraction in the early stages of fermentation followed by long quiescent maceration on the pomace; maximum temperature  made freely rise up to 33° C and maintained at high values until the racking.

Soil: Tuffaceous clay, very rich in skeleton.

Training System: bilateral and balanced cordon.

Annual production: 15.000 bottles.
