Well structured with soft aromas of fruit, rose e peony. Good acidity with a long aftertaste, rich and lazy in texture with a solid grip on tannins. The ageing in wood lasts 12 months in new Barrels of Slavonian oak. The ageing in the bottle lasts at least 6 months.

Grape variety: Sangiovese Grosso 100%.

Colour: Ruby red, limpid.

Bouquet: Ample, persistent, fresh fruit and cherry.

Taste: Well structured with soft aromas of fruit, rose e peony, good acidity with a long aftertaste, rich and lazy in texture with a solid grip on tannins.

Alcohol: 14.5%.

Serving Suggestions:

Pasta, meat, chicken, medium aged cheeses.

Preferably served in a Ballon glass at 18°C.

Vineyard: The Vineyards are in the hills of Montalcino, at different heights and with a sun exposure until sunset. The age of the Vineyards from which we select the grapes destined to produce Brunello is more than 23 years. Average altitude of theVvineyards: 250 mt s.l.m.

Production System: Medium-long maceration on the marc with frequent pumping and maximum temperature control to 28 ° C. The ageing in wood lasts 12 months in new barrels of Slavonian oak. The ageing in bottle lasts at least 4 months.

Soil: Tuffaceous clay, very rich in skeleton.

Training System: Bilateral and balanced cordon.

Annual production: 10.000 bottles.
