The vineyards are located at different heights, with exposure to the sun until sunset and are older than 20 years. Our primary goal is to produce high quality wines with unique characteristics in the body, elegance and fragrance, even at the expense of quantity. The vineyards, extremely healthy, are subject to a double thinning of bunches and, during harvest, the average criterion is, in good vintages, three bunches of five. The grapes thus obtained, are further selected in the cellar, where they are processed according to the "old tradition". The wine after being aged in slavonian oak, is then refined in bottle before release.
