The cellar, carved in the stone, was built recently with all the cutting-edge technological solutions. The area used to age the wine, is thermally insulated and equipped with a computerized air conditioning system designed to keep the temperature relatively constant and, however, never over 18 degrees. The Slavonian oak barrels were purchased by the Firm Garbellotto of Conegliano Veneto, world famous for its professionalism and the quality of its products. The oak barrels (French oak), were purchased from Tonellerie Barthomieu.
